About the Urology Clinic
We deal with diagnosing and treating diseases of the urogenital system, e.g. infections of the kidneys and urinary tract, kidney stone disease, oncological diseases, congenital defects as well as male and female urinary incontinence disorders and erectile dysfunction. We offer our patients a wide range of diagnostic methods, such as transabdominal ultrasonography, transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS), prostate biopsy, cystoscopy, urodynamic testing and uroflowmetry and laboratory tests (PSA). At the clinic we also make assessments of fitness for surgical procedures at our hospital. We offer a full range of urologic procedures including minimally invasive surgery. We specialise in major procedures in surgical oncology performed by the classical method or laparoscopically for cancer of the kidney, bladder and prostate.
All procedures are performed by specialists in urology with longstanding clinical experience using anaesthesia decided individually for each patient. At the clinic we also receive patients who had an operation or urologic procedure for check-ups or continued treatment.
